RIB Software AG (RSTA) signs a P8 Deal and Channel Partnership with HongYe
Technology to Enter Mass Market in China for iTWO 5D Technology

Guangzhou, China, 12-22-2014. RIB Group, the world's leading Big Data 5D
BIM technology provider, has signed the first Chinese channel partnership
agreement and a P8 deal with HongYe Technology, the leading engineering
design software company in China, for iTWO 5D Technology to enter the
mass-market in China. This is also the first channel partner of RIB in the
world outside of Germany.

The historic collaboration between RIB Group and HongYe Technology will
explore the fast developing mass market of BIM construction technology in
China, and make it the second home for iTWO 5D BIM Technology. HongYe shows
strong confidence in doubling RIB's China business in 2015 through the
cooperation. Apart from product distribution, HongYe will also help bring
the China localization of iTWO to the next level.

To become the first RIB Gold Partner, HongYe signed an iTWO P8 deal, and
will develop soon their own iTWO COE team through intensive training and
certification by RIB. The RIB-certified iTWO COE Team in HongYe will offer
consulting service and technical support to HongYe clients directly. HongYe
is also planning to build their own iTWO 5D lab in Shanghai and Beijing to
support the channel sales activities and training.

HongYe Technology has concentrated on computer aided design (CAD) software
development for engineering design industry for 22 years. With over 160
staffs located in 3 branches - Beijing, Shanghai and Luoyang, HongYe
Technology has gained strong brand influence in China.

According to Xiaojun Wang, Chairman of HongYe Technology: "BIM development
