Frankfurt am Main, January 13, 2015 - According to a study by the Munich
Strategy Group (MSG), euromicron AG is again one of the 100 most successful
German medium-sized enterprises. MSG analyzed the performance and strategy
of around 3,300 midsized companies which generated sales in a bracket
ranging from 15 to 400 million euros. The Frankfurt-based network
specialist was able to win a place in the ranking for the fifth successive
time and so demonstrate its continuity in terms of sales growth and
earnings strength.

Dr. Willibald Späth, Chairman of the Executive Board of euromicron AG,
regards the award as further confirmation of the company's long-term
strategy. "We offer our customers from all industries a one-stop shop for
tailor-made, vendor-independent solutions for all network applications and,
thanks to this core competence, are positioned in all key growth markets,
especially in IP-based integrated future technologies." The company has
successfully laid the foundation for the future by accomplishing the
Group-wide fitness program Agenda 500, which aims to prepare it for further
profitable growth. Despite the cost-intensive program, the company captured
91st spot out of the 3,300 enterprises that were analyzed.

According to the study, the top 100 medium-sized enterprises are
distinguished by high sales growth, a high equity ratio and above-average
workforce productivity. Their strengths are that they have a strategic
vision as regards their development and are clear market leaders in their
respective segment. According to the Munich Strategy Group, factors such as
innovativeness and employee loyalty also play a major role.
