H&R AG: Thierry Chevrier changes to Hansen & Rosenthal KG

Salzbergen, January 29, 2015. The Supervisory Board of specialty chemicals
company H&R Aktiengesellschaft and Chief Operating Officer Thierry Chevrier
have agreed today to cancel the management board contract by mutual
consent, so Mr. Chevrier can perform new tasks within the Hansen &
Rosenthal KG. Together with a team of new employees, he will carry forward
the acquisition, marketing and sales activities of Hansen & Rosenthal KG
internationally and thereby contribute his many years of solid expertise to
the group.

The 45 year old chemist can look back over a career of more than 20 years
in the specialty chemicals sector. This has included Senior Management
positions at Ciba Specialty Chemicals in France, for BASF in Germany and
the United States, and also Borealis in Austria.
