    Graña y Montero S.A.A. (NYSE: GRAM) (BVL: GRAMONC1) (“the Company” or “Graña y Montero”) a leading Engineering and Construction company, announced its consolidated results for the fourth quarter (“4Q2014”) period ended December 31, 2014. These results have been prepared in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (“IFRS”) and are stated in nominal Peruvian Nuevos Soles (S/.).

    Financial Highlights:

    • The Group achieved Revenues of S/. 7,008.7 MM in 2014, a 17.5% growth compared to 2013
    • Gross Profit amounted to S/. 951.3 MM in 2014, decreasing 5.3% compared to 2013
    • EBITDA was S/. 915.2 MM in 2014, lower by 11.2% than the result obtained in 2013
    • Net Income registered a decrease of 6.5%, reaching S/. 299.6 MM in 2014
    • Backlog amounted to US$ 3,765.4 MM as of 2014, equivalent to 1.7x the annual revenues, and the recurrent businesses amounted to US$ 580.0 MM, reaching a total of US$ 4,345.5 MM
