Press Release
New Supervisory Board at Alphaform
Feldkirchen, 2 February 2015 Alphaform AG, the leading industrial 3D
printing service provider in Europe, is continuing the reshuffle of its
executive bodies and, in Götz Ganghofer, has found a high-profile industry
and business expert as its new Supervisory Board member. The previous
Chairman of the Supervisory Board, Matti Paasila, had stepped down for
family reasons. Paasila (67) had been on the Supervisory Board since 2008
and its Chairman since 2009. The Management Board and the Supervisory Board
would like to take this opportunity to thank Matti Paasila for his
outstanding commitment.
At the proposal of the company, the Munich District Court appointed Götz
Ganghofer as a further member of the Supervisory Board by way of resolution
on 14 January 2015. The Supervisory Board elected Mr Ganghofer as the
Chairman of the Supervisory Board on 28 January 2015. As part of the
current restructuring, Ganghofer had recently fortified Alphaform AG's
finance department as an interim manager from January to September 2014,
and therefore knows both the company and the industry from his own
experience.
