NEXUS AG, Villingen-Schwenningen, February 26, 2015 - NEXUS AG has
successfully completed the capital increase while rescinding shareholders'
statutory subscription rights. The placing of the 630,515 new shares with
national and international private and institutional investors,
gross-raises EUR 8.8 million for the company. The issue price was set very
close to the stock market price, at EUR 13.95.

Company's share capital increases to EUR 15,735,665 after recording in
commercial register. The inflow of funds will be used for the further
organic and inorganic growth of the group. Transaction was considerably
over-subscribed and was attended by Hauck & Aufhaeuser Privatbankiers KGaA.
