Ferratum Oyj hereby announces that at the end of the month February 2015 the number of shares increased by 2,833,560 to 21,723,960. This is due to the registration and effectiveness of the capital increase carried out on 11 February 2015. Each share that is not held in treasury carries one voting right, and treasury shares carry no voting rights. Ferratum holds 146,200 of its own shares as treasury shares. Accordingly, the number of voting rights carried by the outstanding shares as of the end of February 2015 is 21,577,760.
