200,000

Hamburg, Germany, 03 March 2015 - Cleanventure AG (ISIN: DE000A1YCNN8, WKN
A1YCNN), a holding company that invests in a range of medium-sized
companies with a focus on energy efficiency, successfully completed a
capital increase. Subscription rights of existing shareholders were
excluded. Institutional investors subscribed 100,500 new shares at a price
of EUR 2.00 per share in the course of this private placement.
