WCM Beteiligungs- und Grundbesitz-AG: acquisition of three commercial
properties successfully completed

Frankfurt, 16 March 2015 - WCM Beteiligungs- und Grundbesitz-AG (WCM AG,
ISIN: DE000A1X3X33) reports that it has completed its acquisition of three
office properties in Bonn, Düsseldorf and Frankfurt am Main. All of the
rights and obligations have been transferred to WCM AG now that the
transactions have been closed. As a result WCM now receives the ongoing
rental income from these three properties.

As already reported in December 2014 the three commercial properties were
acquired from GE Real Estate Property GmbH and its associated companies as
part of a share deal for a purchase price of EUR 64 million. The
acquisition of a 94.95 interest in the respective property companies was
financed with funds from WCM AG's cash capital increase and also via a bank
loan.

The acquisition of the three office properties and an industrial property
in Bremerhaven, which was completed in December 2014, will lead to rental
income of approx. EUR 5.9 million per year for WCM AG.

WCM AG is planning to rapidly expand its portfolio after the successful
capital increase and the purchase of these four commercial properties.
