André Driesen Appointed to Drillisch AG Management Board

During its meeting on 19 March 2015, the Drillisch AG Supervisory Board
appointed Mr André Driesen to the Drillisch AG Management Board. The
appointment will become effective per 1 April 2015. Mr Driesen will be in
charge of the Finances Division at the corporation.

Mr Driesen has worked in the wireless services industry since 2000 and has
been with Drillisch since 2003. He has been head of the Drillisch AG
Accounting and Finance Division for over eight years and is in charge for
as a Managing Director of Finance since July 2013. Since the beginning of
2006, he has also been Managing Director of various group companies for
example, he is currently head of Drillisch Telecom GmbH, the MS Mobile
Services GmbH and the MSP Holding GmbH. In these positions, he was in
charge of all future developments, operations as well as further deals and
projects.
