March 27, 2015 - According to preliminary figures, MEDISANA AG (ISIN:
DE0005492540 / WKN: 549 254) raised its consolidated revenue by more than
20 percent to EUR 51.0 million (2013: EUR 41.9 million) in the financial
year 2014, thereby generating the highest revenue in the company's history.
As anticipated, MEDISANA AG significantly improved gross profit and the
gross profit margin.

The costs of procurement, sales and marketing as well as administration
increased only marginally. Accordingly, the company reported a substantial
improvement in its operating result (EBIT). The net result, however, was
negative in 2014 owing to the special items in connection with
reporting-date related currency valuations of the euro against the US
dollar, and the euro against the ruble, and the associated loss in value.
It had nevertheless also significantly improved in a year-on-year
comparison.

MEDISANA AG considers itself excellently positioned for the high-growth
healthcare market in the future, especially with its products from the
areas of mobile health and MEDISANA Connect, flanked by the investments
planned for optimising products and developing innovations.
