DirectCash Payments Inc. Announces Partnership With Bank of Montreal to Extend ATM Access to Shell Canada Products Locations Across Canada

CALGARY, AB--(Marketwired - March 27, 2015) - DirectCash Payments Inc. ("DCPayments" or the "Company") (TSX: DCI) today announced an ATM branding deal between the Bank of Montreal ("BMO") and DCPayments to deploy BMO branded ATMs to Shell Canada Products ("Shell") locations across Canada exclusively.

DCPayments owned, BMO branded ATMs provide BMO customers with convenient, fee-free access to cash in Shell locations across Canada. Roll-out of the ATMs will begin immediately with expected completion during Q2 2015.
