AVEW Holdings Inc. Submits 2014 Annual Financial Report

AUSTIN, TX--(Marketwired - Apr 1, 2015) - AVEW HOLDINGS INC. (OTC PINK: AVEW) today announced the company has submitted its 2014 year-end annual report to OTC Markets.

With this submission, AVEW will schedule with LBB Accounts of Houston, TX to initiate a 2 year financial audit. AVEW will be applying for status of OTC:QB upon completion of the audit.

The 2014 year-end financials and annual report consolidated all of AVEW's operating divisions. However, the combined division annual revenues of $4,989,189.00 are not reflected on the AVEW financial statement. Accounting principles only allow AVEW to report revenues for the period when acquisitions became a part of AVEW. AVEW has gone through several reorganizations, executed new acquisitions, established new divisions, and rescinded several acquisitions that did not comply or fit with the business model.
