WCM Beteiligungs- und Grundbesitz-AG publishes 2014 financial results

Frankfurt, 17th of April 2015 - Die WCM Beteiligungs- und Grundbesitz-AG
(WCM AG, ISIN: DE000A1X3X33) has successfully worked on its re-launch in
2014 and commenced on its operating activities as a real estate investment
company with a first commercial portfolio acquisition at the end of 2014.
The deal was supported by a fully subscribed capital increase at the end of
2014.

The 2014 consolidated financial statements, prepared in accordance to IFRS,
were significantly influenced by the measures for the restart. Compared to
the previous year, the net equity of EUR minus 2,1 million increased to EUR
plus 31,8 million at the end of 2014. In addition, the 2014 balance sheet
reflected real estate investments of EUR 17,4 million. Due to a positive
tax effect, the net profit of EUR minus 0,5 million in 2013 turned into a
EUR plus 1,2 million at the end of 2014, although no rental income was
recorded.
