DIC Asset AG has successfully tapped its Corporate Bond to 175 million EUR
Today, the SDAX-listed real estate company DIC Asset AG (WKN A1X3XX / ISIN
DE000A1X3XX4) has tapped its corporate bond 14/19 (WKN A12T64 / ISIN
DE000A12T648, issued on 8 September 2014) by EUR 50 million, increasing the
total volume of the bond to EUR 175 million. The new bonds were placed with
institutional investors. The issue price was set at 103 percent, the upper
end of the targeted marketing range.
Emission and settlement date of the bonds to be issued is expected to be 27
April 2015.
From 27 April 2015 the bonds are expected to be included in the (Open
Market) Entry Standard of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (temporary ISIN/WKN
DE000A14J694/A14J69) and to participate in the Prime Standard for corporate
bonds of the German stock exchange (Deutsche Börse AG). Probably on 8 June
2015, the bonds will be listed under ISIN / WKN DE000A12T648 / A12T64 in
the (Open Market) Entry Standard of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange and will
participate in the Prime Standard for corporate bonds of the German stock
exchange (Deutsche Börse AG).
Bankhaus Lampe managed the transaction as sole bookrunner.
