conwert Immobilien Invest SE: Change in share of voting rights - Fidelity exceeded 5% threshold through shares held

Vienna (pta033/05.05.2015/18:45) - As per sec. 93 para. 2 Stock Exchange Act, conwert Immobilien Invest SE discloses that FIL Investments International announced on behalf of Fidelity Limited ("Fidelity") that it surpassed the following threshold of voting rights in conwert Immobilien Invest SE, in accordance with sec. 91, 91a Stock Exchange Act, on 1 May 2015:

Fidelity's share of the voting rights, which is directly attributable to shares as per sec. 91, 91a Stock Exchange Act, exceeded the 5% threshold on 1 August 2014. A total of 5,598,573 shares in conwert Immobilien Invest SE are attributable to Fidelity, (this corresponds to approximately 6.56% of the voting rights based on a total of 85,359,273 conwert shares).

The shareholding (5,598,573 shares) breaks down as follows (sec. 92a para. 1 (7) Stock Exchange Act):

+ 5.13% of voting rights are allotted to 4,377,129 conwert shares + 1.43% of voting rights are allotted to contracts for difference related to 1,221,444 conwert shares (sec. 92a para. 1 (5) Stock Exchange Act).

The voting rights and financial instruments are attributable to FIL Limited, based in Bermuda, through its controlled undertakings Fidelity Investments Japan, FIL Fund Management Ltd, FIL Investment Services (UK) Ltd, FIL Investment International.
