("Corridor") announced today that Steve Moran, President and CEO, made a corporate presentation at the annual meeting of shareholders held on May 21, 2015 (the "Shareholders' Meeting"). Corridor is also pleased to announce that shareholders approved at the Shareholders' Meeting each of the resolutions set forth in the Notice of 2015 Shareholders' Meeting and the Management Information Circular dated April 22, 2015, which are available on SEDAR at www.sedar.com under Corridor's profile. A total of 35,892,076 common shares were voted by proxy at the Shareholders' Meeting, representing 40.50% of the issued and outstanding common shares of Corridor.
