SFC Energy: Contract of CSO Pol extended by three additional years

Brunnthal/Munich, Germany, June 17, 2015 - The Supervisory Board of SFC
Energy (listed in the Regulated Market (Prime Standard) of the Frankfurt
Stock Exchange, ISINDE0007568578, WKN 756857) has renewed the appointment
of Hans Pol (48) as CSO for another three years. As Chief Sales Officer of
SFC Energy AG the electrical engineer has been responsible for
international sales of SFC Energy's products in the Oil & Gas, Security &
Industry and Consumer markets since 2014.

Pol joined SFC group in October 2011 in the context of SFC Energy's
acquisition of PBF Group B.V. In his functions as managing director of PBF
Group and sales responsible of the SFC group the co-founder of PBF Group
played a major role in the development of SFC group's off grid energy
solutions business in the industry and defense markets. After the
acquisition of PBF Group he was responsible for the PBF Group's Power
Management product sales, and later for all the group's sales activities.
He was appointed CSO in January 2014.

The successful entrepreneur brings many years of industrial expertise in
the development and distribution of highly specific electronic solutions
for demanding technological industry and defense applications and an
excellent international industry network on the customer as well as
supplier side to his task.

Hans Pol holds a degree in electrical engineering with a focus on product
development and a bachelor degree in marketing.
