About the Lawsuit

3D Systems and certain of its executives are charged with failing to disclose material information during the Class Period, violating federal securities laws.

The alleged false statements and omissions include, but are not limited to: (i) 3D Systems' ability to increase capacity; (ii) the true demand for the Company's products; (iii) the value of its acquisitions; and (iv) the Company's expected earnings.
