Entrée Gold Provides Results of AGM

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - June 29, 2015) - Entrée Gold Inc. (TSX:ETG)(NYSE MKT:EGI)(FRANKFURT:EKA) ("Entrée" or the "Company") provides the results of the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held on June 29, 2015.

A total of 91,900,684 common shares, representing 62.51% of the votes attached to all outstanding shares as at the record date for the meeting, were represented at the AGM. This demonstrates a high level of shareholder participation, and evidences strong support for the re-election of the Board's nominees as directors.

All of the matters submitted to the shareholders for approval as set out in the Company's Notice of Meeting and Information Circular, both dated May 25, 2015, were approved by the requisite majority of votes cast at the AGM.
