Enterprise Holdings Extends Buy-Back Program for Corporate Bond 2012/17

The Executive Board of the Enterprise Holdings Limited (Enterprise)
resolved the extension of the buy-back program, which was initiated on July
2, 2014 and expires on June 30, 2015, from July 1, 2015 to December 31,
2015 for the 7.00 % corporate bond 2012/17 (ISIN: DE000A1G9AQ4) issued on
September 26, 2012. The total volume of buy-back program remains restricted
to 2.0 million euro at maximum. The other conditions of the program remain
unchanged.

Andrew Flowers, Chief Executive Officer of the Enterprise Holdings Limited,
comments: "The lower volume in the bond 2012/17 due to the exchange offer
finished in March 2015 might result in a higher volatility in the market
price. Therefore we want to be prepared for bargain situations. We have
sufficient liquidity on our balance sheet to realize future growth as
scheduled. Additionally we expect to generate strong profits and cashflows
in the current fiscal year."
