AD-HOC-ANNOUNCEMENT ACCORDING TO §15 WpHG


Publication of the Order Entry and Sales Expectation for the Second Quarter
2015 and Confirmation of the Full Year Guidance

Garching, July 6, 2015 - SUSS MicroTec, a leading supplier of equipment and
process solutions for the semiconductor and related markets, is publishing
its sales and order entry expectations for the second quarter 2015 today.

Compared on a year on year basis the Company generated a moderate sales
level of EUR 28.1 million during the months of April to June 2015. At this
sales level it is highly likely that the earnings before interest and tax
(EBIT) will be negative within the bandwidth of minus EUR 3 million to
minus EUR 2 million. Order entry for the second quarter was slightly better
than anticipated and came in at approximately EUR 40.5 million.

For the second half of the year, SUSS MicroTec generally expects a higher
sales level and a positive EBIT. The Company reiterates its guidance for
full year sales to come in between EUR 130 million and EUR 140 million.
EBIT is expected to reach the break-even-level.

The final key figures for the second quarter 2015 - which may deviate from
those given above - will be published on August 6, 2015.
