TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - July 23, 2015) - Barrick Gold Corporation (NYSE:ABX)(TSX:ABX) (Barrick or the "company") today announced that Ned Goodman has resigned from the company's Board of Directors in order to focus on a new business venture in resources and other hard assets.
