Colliers International and Mate Plus Announce Strategic Partnership to Enhance Service Offerings

HONG KONG, CHINA--(Marketwired - July 28, 2015) - Colliers International Group Inc. (NASDAQ: CIGI) (TSX: CIG), a leading global real estate service provider and Mate Plus, one of Korea's largest property managers, announced a partnership agreement that will greatly expand collaboration between the two organisations.

The new arrangement will see two market leaders joining forces and operating under the brand name of Colliers International. This strategic integration will enable the company to enhance the range and depth of its service offerings to better serve our Korean clients in such areas as Investment and Retail Services. Under the new arrangement, the Colliers team in Korea will comprise 40-50 professionals backed by substantially more resources and expertise.
