Matica Technologies Opens New Branch in Hong Kong

ESSLINGEN, July 29, 2015 - Matica Technologies AG (A0JELZ) a worldwide
leading vendor for financial and secure ID card issuance systems continues
to expand its presence around the globe with the opening of a new office in
Hong Kong.

The new presence comes in response to proven demands for Matica's products
in China and the rest of Asia, where companies are investing in instant and
central card issuance in the financial, government and retail market and
higher demands in desktop ID printing solutions.

As part of the Matica Technologies Group, a fast-growing and innovative
global company with a strong international network, the branch belongs to a
global presence of worldwide offices in Italy, Germany, France, Singapore,
China, the US, UAE, and India. It will be led by Kenneth Cheung, Regional
Director APAC, Matica Technologies.
