Summit Bancshares, Inc. Announces Cash Dividend

The Board of Directors of Summit Bancshares Inc., at a meeting held on July 22, 2015, declared a cash dividend of $.22 per share on the outstanding common stock of the Company, payable on August 31, 2015, to holders of record as of the close of business on August 6, 2015.

In the same meeting, The Board of Directors of Summit Bancshares Inc., also voted to resume regular semi-annual dividends of $ 0.11 per share beginning in 2016.
