Half Year Results 2015 of Vtion Wireless Technology AG - Disclosure of full
Half Year Report Delayed

Frankfurt, August 26, 2015. Vtion Wireless Technology AG (Vtion) will
publish its half year financial report 2015 later than announced. The
publication was originally scheduled for 27 August 2015 and has now been
postponed due to organisational reasons. The Management Board of Vtion will
schedule a new date for the publication as soon as possible and inform its
