    MINNEAPOLIS, MN--(Marketwired - Aug 27, 2015) - Soul and Vibe Interactive Inc. (OTCQB: SOUL), or the "Company," a video, mobile, and computer games publisher, today announced that Kenneth Lustig, a former executive at Microsoft Corporation and Intellectual Ventures, has joined the Company's Strategic Advisory Board. Mr. Lustig infuses over 20 years of corporate leadership, finance, strategy, transaction, and organization building experience into the dynamic, and growing, Soul and Vibe organization.

    Mr. Lustig holds a bachelor's degree in political science from the University of California, Los Angeles, and a masters of business administration in finance from New York University. A private investor, Lustig also provides strategic advisory services to a range of market leading and emerging growth tech companies.

    From 2011 through 2014, Mr. Lustig was a Vice President at Intellectual Ventures ("IV") and oversaw Strategic Portfolio Acquisitions and Monetization. Mr. Lustig led the team responsible for the development, management, and monetization of some of IV's largest strategic IP portfolios, including the Kodak Digital Imaging patent portfolio. He was also a member of the company's Global Licensing leadership team, which was responsible for revenue generation across all IV businesses.

    Prior to joining IV, Mr. Lustig spent more than 11 years at Microsoft, where he most recently served as the Managing Director of IP Investments and Acquisitions and oversaw a range of Microsoft's IP business activities. He was the acting CEO of the ContentGuard venture (jointly owned with Time Warner and Technicolor), and was responsible for some of Microsoft's largest IP deals, which included the creation and oversight of a diversified IP investment portfolio. He spent several years leading part of Microsoft's Corporate Development and Strategy Group, where he focused on a range of sectors including global wireless, internet services, and emerging technologies. Mr. Lustig was an active member of Microsoft's finance department, working closely with members of the Company's finance leadership team. In addition, he was a member of the company's Business Development leadership team, through which he was responsible for some of Microsoft's largest partner engagements and business development initiatives. Preceding his tenure with Microsoft, Mr. Lustig spent nine years as a global investment banker.
