Enterprise Holdings Ltd.: Again Top Rating "A-" in the third Follow-Up
Rating from Creditreform
Only bond in the German SME-Segment rated in the A category

27/08/2015: The Creditreform Rating AG again reviewed the business model
and the financial figures of Enterprise Holdings and the Group companies.
This year the rating meeting with the Group management took place at
Enterprise Hellas in Athens to provide an insight to Enterprise's Greek
insurance business and the current political situation. This third
follow-up rating confirmed the A- rating that has been achieved in August
2012 when Enterprise Holdings issued a 35m Euro bond, as well as the first
and second follow-up ratings in August 2013 and August 2014. The corporate
bond is listed in the Entry Standard segment at Boerse Frankfurt
(International Security Identification Number (ISIN): DE000A1G9AQ4).

Andrew Flowers, CEO of Enterprise Holdings: "With the repeated confirmation
of this top rating our bond 2012/17 is the only SME bond listed in Germany
that has been granted a rating by a rating agency in the A category. This
again underlines that we have issued one of the best bonds. By improving
efficiency and bringing new companies to the group we are currently running
our business with increasing profitability and significantly positive
cashflows. To secure the payments for the interests and the principal
amount to the bond holders we already have separated 14.57m Euro from
monthly operational profits in the special account. As of today the credit
balance in the special account is 9.7m euro."

The third interest payment of 2.45m Euro for the 7% bond will be paid to
the bondholders on 26 September 2015.

The new rating certificate and the rating report summary are available on
the company's website www.enterprise-holdings.de For the new bond 2015/20
the first follow-up rating is scheduled for February/March 2016.

Preliminary group figures for fiscal year 2014/15, which have been
presented to the Creditreform rating team, show a volume of premium of 146m
GBP and 2.9m GBP in profit after tax combined with positive cashflows. The
