Solar-Fabrik Wismar GmbH i.I., a 100 percent subsidiary of Solar-Fabrik AG
i.I. (ISIN: DE0006614712), will discontinue their operations on November
30, 2015, and, as approved by the custodian, settles an agreement with the
workers' council about a transfer company to take over the employees of the
Wismar operations. Solar-Fabrik AG i.I. does not incur additional costs
from this transfer company.
