Airesurf Networks Holdings Inc. ("Airesurf" or the "Company") announces the resignation of Marco Guidi as President, Secretary, Chief Financial Officer and Director of the Company effective immediately.

Arvin Ramos has been appointed Chief Financial Officer and Lisa McCormack has been appointed President and Secretary of the Company, filling the vacancies created by Mr. Guidi's resignation. Mr. Ramos and Ms. McCormack have been directors of the Company since June 11, 2014.
