ANNOUNCES LISTING ON THE EURONEXT STOCK EXCHANGE (PARIS, SEGMENT ALTERNEXT)

October 05, 2015 - Aroundtown Property Holdings PLC (the "Company, "AT")
announces today its listing on the Euronext stock exchange (Paris, market
segment Alternext). First day of trading is planned for October 8th 2015.
The up-listing from the current market segment will enhance the visibility
and access for investors and will enable continuous daily trading on the
Euronext trading platform.

many instances to be a valuable partner and an ideal trading platform which
benefits our diverse international investor base. We are very pleased about
this next step which fits to the Company's strategy to list on a continuous

of EUR61.1 million (YOY increase of 138%) and a net profit of EUR505.4
million (YOY increase of 213%). Total equity as of 30 June 2015 amounts to
EUR1.74 billion. The Company's adjusted EBITDA annualized run rate as of
October 2015 (Oct*12) amounts to EUR184 million. FFO I run rate for October
2015 annualized (Oct *12) is EUR 110 million.
