KGIC Appoints Robert Morrison to Board of Directors

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Oct. 6, 2015) - KGIC Inc. ("KGIC" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:LRN) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Robert J. Morrison to the Board of Directors, effective immediately.

Mr. Morrison is a private investor, Chartered Financial Analyst, and presently the Company's largest common shareholder, with direct and indirect holdings of 24.4 million common shares, representing approximately 13.1% of the Company's issued and outstanding shares. Mr. Morrison has published in the field of corporate governance and has Canadian public company board level experience.
