Change in the Board of Directors at LifeWatch AG

Zug/Switzerland, October 8, 2015 - LifeWatch AG (SIX Swiss Exchange: LIFE),
a leading developer and provider of medical solutions and remote diagnostic
monitoring services in the digital health market, announces that Antoine
Hubert has informed the company that he will not be available for
re-election to the Board of Directors at the next annual general meeting to
be held on April 15, 2016.

The Board of Directors and Management regret this decision and would like
to thank Antoine for his valuable contributions to both the company and the
Board of Directors as well as offer him our best wishes for the future.

A decision regarding the successor to Antoine Hubert in the Board of
Directors will follow in due course.
