ecommerce services provider OSF Global Services announced today
its new partnership with design and IT company Scandesign Media
A/S, as part of the newly formed OSF Global Commerce Alliance.

Scandesign Media is a corporation headquartered in Copenhagen
with expertise in the planning, development and support of
complex ecommerce platforms for medium to large international
businesses. OSF Global Services is a consultant and integrator of
leading ecommerce platforms.

As part of the Alliance, the partners will exchange both services
and marketing support. OSF will benefit from Scandesign Media's
expertise in ecommerce project management and business analysis;
and Scandesign Media will benefit from OSF's expertise in
ecommerce project procurement, implementation and integration.

The partners will cooperate with each other for marketing
purposes, and jointly participate in marketing campaigns and
events. Furthermore, OSF will call on Scandesign Media as an
Authorized Integration Partner to provide ecommerce
implementation support on a case-by-case basis.

Their initial efforts will focus on Denmark, Sweden, Norway and
Finland.
