By letter dated 2 November, 2015 HQ Life AG was informed from KBF Trading &
Contracting Co W.L.L. Doha, Qatar, represented by Sheikh Kahlifa Bin Fahed
Bin Mohd. Al Thani, about their intention to participate with 15% in HQ
Life AG.
Shortly, talks regarding acquisition of shareholding will start. The KBF
Trading & Contracting Co W.L.L. is a society that belongs to the family Al
Thani, the ruling family in Qatar, which represents both, head of state as
well as head of government of the Emirate.
Horst Wilhelm Hermann, sole chairman of HQ Life AG, comments the interest
from Qatar with the words: " We are pleased, that also international
investors give special attention to our company and we see that we are on
the right way with our new strategy."
