Following the recent reorganisation of Pelikan AG (the "Company") and its
affiliated companies, Pelikan International Corporation Berhad, Malaysia,
("PICB"), via direct and indirect interest the major shareholder of the
Company, has informed the managing board of the Company that PICB has
mandated BNP Paribas to review its different strategic options with respect
to the Company, which includes pursuing new investors for the Company
through a share sale.
