ExGen Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE: EXG) (OTC PINK: BXXRF) (the "Company", or "ExGen") announced today that it has appointed Wolrige Mahon LLP as auditor of ExGen effective February 4, 2016. The resignation of ExGen's former auditor, Kenway Mack Slusarchuk Stewart LLP, was accepted by the Company effective February 4, 2016.
