IVU AG: Preliminary figures for 2015
Revenues increase by more than 20 %, EBIT increases by about 15 %

In the financial year 2015, IVU Traffic Technologies AG continues its
positive development and generates revenues of approximately EUR 58
million, an increase over the previous year by more than 20 %.

With approximately EUR 40 million, gross profit increases by around 8 %
compared to 2014. EBIT increases by around 15 % to approximately EUR 5
million.

Due to the accounting policies differing between IFRS and HGB, the HGB
result is negative and does not allow for a dividend payment for the
financial year 2015.

All figures are preliminary and unaudited. The final, audited results will
be published in the Annual Report 2015 on 18 March 2016 on www.ivu.com.
