With the ad hoc disclosure of 8 March 2016, VERBUND AG announced its intent
to propose a dividend distribution of EUR0.30 per share to the Annual
General Meeting. As a resolution by the Annual General Meeting on the
Executive Board proposal for appropriation of profits in the amount of
EUR0.30 per share is to be considered legally contestable on the basis of
the Company's Articles of Incorporation, the Executive Board of VERBUND AG
finds it necessary to distribute the full profit of the Company and
therefore to propose a dividend distribution of EUR0.35 per share to the
Annual General Meeting.
