SKW Metallurgie: Changes in composition of Supervisory Board

Unterneukirchen/Munich (Germany), May 23, 2016. The shareholders of SKW
Stahl-Metallurgie Holding AG (WKN SKWM02/ISIN DE000SKWM021) elected at the
Annual General Meeting of the Company in Munich the following individuals
to the Supervisory Board of the Company:

* Dr. Olaf Marx (managing shareholder of MCGM GmbH, Munich, Germany),
* Dr. Peter Ramsauer (member of the Bundestag (German Federal Parliament),
Traunwalchen, Germany),
* Tarun Somani (member of the Board of Directors of the Somani Group, New
Delhi, India),
* Volker Stegmann (Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Concordia
Versicherungs-Gesellschaft auf Gegenseitigkeit, Baldham, Germany), as well
as
* Titus Weinheimer (Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel of
NanoHoldings LLC, New York, U.S.A).

Today, the Supervisory Board elected from among its members to its
Chairperson Dr. Olaf Marx and to its Vice Chairperson Volker Stegmann.

Note: The AGM of May 10, 2016 resolved to move legal headquarters from
Unterneukirchen to München. This change shall be incorporated into the
