Share buyback - 1st Interim Reporting

In the time period from 25 May 2016 until and including 29 May 2016, a
number of 29,801 shares were bought back within the framework of the share
buyback of windeln.de AG; on 25 May 2016, windeln.de AG disclosed pursuant
to art. 4 para. 2 of the Regulation (EC) no. 2273/2003 the begin of the
share buyback on 25 February 2016. The total number of shares which have
been bought back within the framework of the share buyback in the time
period from 25 February 2016 until and including 29 May 2016 amounts to
29,801 shares. The purchase of the shares of windeln.de AG is carried out
by a bank that has been commissioned by windeln.de AG; the shares are
repurchased exclusively on the electronic trading platform of the Frankfurt
Stock Exchange (Xetra). Information regarding the transactions according to
art. 4 para. 3 and 4 of the Regulation (EC) no. 2273/2003 is published on
the website of windeln.de AG (http://corporate.windeln.de).
