Vtion Wireless Technology AG decided to apply for downlisting from the
Prime Standard to the General Standard of the Regulated Market

Frankfurt, June 02, 2016. The shares of Vtion Wireless Technology AG
(Segment Prime Standard, ISIN: DE000CHEN993, WKN: CHEN) are presently
admitted for securities trading to the regulated market of the Frankfurter
Wertpapierbörse and at the same time are admitted to the sub-segment of the
regulated market with additional obligations arising from admission (Prime
Standard).

Today, the Management Board of Vtion Wireless Technology AG decided, with
the approval of the Supervisory Board, to apply for a revocation of the
admission to the Prime Standard. The admission of Vtion Wireless Technology
AG's shares to the regulated market (General Standard) shall for the time
being remain unaffected.

The revocation of admission will become effective three months after the
publication of the revocation decision on the Internet (www.deutsche-
boerse.com) by the management of the German Stock Exchange.
