conwert Immobilien Invest SE: Resolutions of the 15th Annual General Meeting

Vienna (pta037/28.06.2016/18:40) - The Annual General Meeting of conwert Immobilien Invest SE has approved a dividend payment of EUR 0.35 per share. The payment date will be July 05, 2016.

Due to the resignation of Barry Gilbertson from the Administrative Board, Mr. Andreas Lehner was elected as new, independent member of the Administrative Board. The Administrative Board now consists of Alexander Proschofsky (Chairman), Peter Hohlbein (Deputy Chairman), Erich Kandler (Deputy Chairman) as well as the members Dirk Hoffmann and Andreas Lehner.

The annual financial statement according to the Austrian Commercial Code as well as the group accounts were presented and the Executive Directors and the Administrative Board were granted discharge for fiscal 2015. Ernst & Young Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft mbH, Vienna, was appointed auditor for the financial year 2016.
