Paying tribute to the upcoming games, guests of Hotel Arts Barcelona will be invited to sip a taste of Brazil. Seasonal Marina Restaurant will now serve caipirinhas, the cocktail of choice for Brazilians. The Olympic games will also be screened throughout various venues onsite, such as the hotel's Frank's Bar, named after popular architect Frank Gehry.

Next door to the beachfront Hotel Arts, the "Port Olimpic" was home to the sailing races of the 1992 Barcelona Olympics. Hotel guests have the option to rent watersports equipment and sail Mediterranean style, on the same sea as the athletes of 1992.

Hotel Arts Barcelona was constructed nearly a quarter century ago to host Olympic athletes prior to opening to the general public in what is still considered the Olympic Village.

The luxury property remains the tallest structure in Spain and is an iconic reminder of the positive, lasting affect of the Olympics. The surrounding, Barceloneta neighborhood continues to develop on pace with the city's international reputation, adding bars, cafes, and seafood restaurants.

This summer, the numerous activities coordinated by Hotel Arts for its guests, will allow for reminiscing on the games of the past while simultaneously paying tribute to the current Olympic sport and host city.
