The most recent prior notification was related to 24.79%. On 15 July 2016 Mountain Peak Trading Limited concluded a call option agreement with Petrus Advisers Investment Fund L.P. According to the option agreement, MountainPeak Trading Limited as the option holder is entitled to exercise the purchase option until 8 August 2016 and to extend this period unilaterally until 8 September 2016, whereby the acquisition of the conwert shares pursuant to the call option is conditional upon the obtainment of the respective merger approvals.
