    Mylan N.V. (NASDAQ, TASE: MYL) today announced the publication of supplements to the offer documents published in connection with Mylan's recommended public offer to the shareholders of Meda Aktiebolag (publ.) to tender all their shares in Meda to Mylan (the "Offer"). The Offer was initially announced on Feb. 10, 2016.

    The supplements to the offer document (the "Offer Document") and the prospectus issued in connection with the Offer (the "EU Prospectus") (the "Supplements") include Meda's interim report for Jan.-June 2016 released on July 21, 2016. The Supplements have been approved by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority (Sw: Finans-inspektionen) (the "SFSA") and the Netherlands Authority for the Financial Markets (Autoriteit Financiële Markten) (the "AFM") on July 21, 2016 and are made public today by Mylan.

    The Offer Document and the EU Prospectus were each made public on June 16, 2016. Mylan has also filed a Registration Statement on Form S-4 (the "Registration Statement") which was declared effective on June 16, 2016.
