Scotia Private Pools Announces Portfolio Advisor Change

TORONTO, ON--(Marketwired - September 08, 2016) - Scotia Private Pools® today announced a portfolio advisor change to Scotia Private Income Pool (the "Pool"). 1832 Asset Management L.P. ("1832 Asset Management") is the manager of the Pool. Effective November 1, 2016, 1832 Asset Management will assume full portfolio management responsibilities for Scotia Private Income Pool, replacing the current sub-advisor.

1832 Asset Management offers a range of wealth management solutions, including mutual funds, and investment solutions for private clients, institutional clients and managed asset programs. 1832 Asset Management's fixed income team combines proprietary research with highly focused trade execution to build multi-strategy bond portfolios that seeks to deliver competitive returns while controlling risk. 1832 Asset Management joins an already strong line-up of portfolio advisors for the Scotia Private Pools.
