Toronto, Ontario--(Newsfile Corp. - September 22, 2016) - Bison Gold
Resources Inc. (TSXV: BGE) ('Bison Gold', or the 'Company') announces that
it had recently entered into preliminary discussions with an unrelated
party with respect to the potential acquisition of all of the issued and
outstanding securities of the Company. The Company had intended to update
its shareholders with the progress of the discussions and general terms of
a possible transaction, however, as of today the discussions have
terminated.
