Gaming Nation's 5050 Central Reaches Partnership with the Kings Care Foundation and the Los Angeles Kings

TORONTO, ON--(Marketwired - October 13, 2016) - 5050 Central Ltd. (the "Company"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Gaming Nation Inc. (TSX VENTURE: FAN), is pleased to announce that the Company has reached an agreement with the Kings Care Foundation (the "Foundation") in partnership with the Los Angeles Kings (the "Kings") of the National Hockey League.

The partnership expands the Company's growth into the California professional sports market since the legislative approval to allow the operation of charitable 50/50 raffles in California. The Kings will run electronic raffles using 5050 Central's industry leading real-time system at Staples Centre beginning this season. Half of the net proceeds will support the Foundation, an award-winning charity that focuses its community outreach efforts on enhancing education, recreational and health-related programs for children.

The Kings are scheduled to launch their first raffle on October 14 during their home opener.
